Tē-it-pai khoàⁿ-tioh chi̍t-ē si̍t-phó͘, goá mā-sī bô-pān-hoat sióng-siōng kā âng-liân-ian kap chhì-m̂ khǹg chò-hoé chiah khí-lâi ē sī siáⁿ-mi̍h bī.
Ka-kī choe-kè liáu-āu, chit nn̄g-bī phoè khí-lâi bô hiah kî-koài là! Na ū chhiáⁿ-lâng-kheh, ē-tàng iōng chit chhut ho͘ ài sin-kî kau-bī ê pêng-iú chhì-khoàⁿ-māi!

Nn̄g-lâng hūn ê chhâi-liāu:
Sio-hoê-á ê chhài-khok, chha-put-to poan liap
(nā-sī bô sio-hoê-á ê chhài-khok, ē-ēng-leh iōng chhang-thâu tāi-thoè; pún-lâi chhang-thâu kap âng-liân-ian tioh chiok hah-bī)
chìⁿ chheⁿ-chhài (tiong-bûn sī 芝麻菜)
(chìⁿ chheⁿ-chhài bī khah chhiùⁿ, m̄-bián iōng siuⁿ-chē)
chhì-m̂, 10 liap
âng-liân-ian, 100g
兩人份的材料:
小茴仔的菜khok, 差不多半粒
(若是無小茴仔的菜khok, 會用leh用蔥頭代替; 本來蔥頭及紅鰱煙著足hah味)
箭生菜 (中文是芝麻菜)
(箭生菜味卡chhiùⁿ, 毋免用siuⁿ多)
刺莓, 10 粒
紅鰱煙, 100g
Chiùⁿ-liāu: 醬料:
Kan-á iû, 2 toa-thng-sî 橄仔油, 2 大湯匙
Peh phû-tô-chiú chhò͘, 1 toa-thng-sî 白葡萄酒chhò͘, 1 大湯匙
N̂g-sek ê wasabi, 1 sio-thng-sî 黃色的wasabi, 1 小湯匙
Phang-bi̍t, 2 sio-thng-sî 蜂蜜, 2 小湯匙
Choè-hoat chin kan-tan:
1. Kā sio- hoê-á ê chhài-khok chhiat choè chi̍t-si chi̍t-si, chhì-m̂ chhiat chi̍t-chiu chi̍t-chiu; âng-liân-ian ê pau-chong thiah-khui, khoàⁿ sī-beh iōng chhiat-leh a̍h-sī iōng chhiú liah choè chi̍t-phiⁿ chi̍t-phiⁿ。Kā chit saⁿ-chiòng chhâi-liāu kap chìⁿ chheⁿ-chhài sûi-ì pai-leh poâⁿ-á lāi.
2. Iōng lēng-goā chi̍t-ê sè ê oáⁿ, kā só͘-ū ê chiùⁿ-liāu ê chhâi-liāu khǹg chò-hoé, lā hó chiâu-ûn.
3. Beh chiah chin-chêng, chiùⁿ-liāu lâm-leh chhài-se ê bīn-téng tioh ē-sái.
做法真簡單:
1. kā小茴仔的菜khok切一絲一絲, 刺莓切一chiu一chiu; 紅鰱煙的包裝拆開, 看是欲用切leh抑是用手liah作一片一片. Kā這三種材料及箭生菜隨意擺leh盤仔內.
2. 用另外一個細的碗, kā所有的醬料的材料khǹg做伙, 撓好齊勻.
3. 欲食進前, 醬料淋leh菜蔬的面頂著會使.
