Pavlova sī chi̍t-chióng iōng nn̄g-chheng ka soa-thn̂g phah chhut--lâi ê tiⁿ-lō͘ (tiⁿ-tiám). I sī í chi̍t-ūi Gô-lô-su ê pa-lé-bú-chia so͘ hō͘-miâ. Thiaⁿ-kóng sī in-ūi peh-sek ê pavlova khoàⁿ-khí-lâi chhiuⁿ pa-lé-bú-chia so͘ chhēng ê kûn.

 

Pavlova 是一種用卵清及砂糖phah出來的甜路(甜點). 伊是以一位俄羅斯的芭蕾舞者所號名. 聽講是因為白色的pavlova看起來像芭蕾舞者所穿的裙.

 

Pavlova sī àn meringue kái-piàn lâi e. Pavlova ē kò͘-ì hang choè oáⁿ hêng, tiong-ng khe nama cream kap chúi-kó, iû-kî sī m̂-á lui.  Kin-á-ji̍t choe ê goá ka-kī kā-i kiò-choè mini pavlova. Chi̍t-ê mini pavlova chha-put-to chhiuⁿ lan chiah-png ê oáⁿ-thâu-á hiah-ni̍h toa.

 

Pavlova是按meringue改變來的.Pavlova會故意烘做碗形, 中央下nama cream 及水果, 尤其莓仔類. 今仔日做的我家己kā伊叫做 mini pavlova.

一個mini pavlova 差不多像咱食飯的碗頭仔遐呢大.

 

Nn̄g hūn ê mini pavlova so͘ su-iàu ê châi-liāu ū:

 

兩份的mini pavlova 所需要的材料有:

 

Nn̄g-chheng, chi̍t liap

Soa-thn̂g, 50g (goá bô iōng hiah-ni̍h choē)

Cream of tartar / tah-tah-hún, chi̍t bî, pi 1/6 sio-thng-sî koh khah choē, iōng toā-thâu-bó kap si̍t-chí bi chi̍t sè chhok (mā ē-sái iōng le-bóng chiap a̍h-sī peh chhó͘, 1/2 sio-thng-sî)

 

卵清, 一粒

砂糖, 50g (我無用遐呢濟)

Cream of tartar / tah-tah, 一微, 1/6 小湯匙閣卡濟, 用大頭拇及食指微一細撮 (嘛會使用檸檬汁抑是白chhó͘, 1/2小湯匙)

 

 

Āⁿ: 

Goân-bī ê yogurt  原味的yogurt

Poan liap ê sî-kè-kó 半粒的時計果

Kui liap ê nâ-m̂ 幾粒的藍莓

Kui liap ê chhì-m̂ 幾粒的刺莓

 

Choè-hoat:

1. nn̄g-chheng phah ho͘ hoat, pun 2~3 kai ka-ji̍p soa-thn̂g, iah-koh-ū tah-tah-hún.

2. nn̄g-chheng phah kàu oán tò-khap, nn̄g-chheng kô͘ boē tin-lo̍h-lâi (phah kàu nn̄g-chheng kô͘ iúⁿ khí-lâi ē ū chiam-chiam ê hêng, chiam-boé boē iûⁿ lo̍h khi.)

3. Tī hang-poaⁿ pho͘ hang-choá, kā nn̄g-chheng kô͘ iúⁿ ji̍p-khì hang poaⁿ, boah choe oáⁿ-hêng, khǹg ji̍p-khì hang-lô͘, iōng 100 tō͘ í-hā hang 3 tiám-cheng

 

做法:

1. 卵清phah乎法, 2~3改加入砂糖, 益閣有tah-tah

2. 卵清phah到碗倒蓋, 卵清糊袂tin落來 (phah到卵清糊舀起來會有尖尖的形, 尖尾袂溶落去)

3. 佇烘盤鋪烘紙, kā卵清糊舀入去烘盤, 抹做碗形, khǹg入去烘爐, 100度以下烘3點鐘.

 

Chong-sek:

1. Goân-bī ê yogurt poāⁿ ji̍p-khì sî-kè-kó, chhì-m̂ chhiat chiu.

2. Kā sî-kè-kó yogurt iúⁿ ji̍p khǹg liâng ê pavlova lāi-té, pho͘ pâi chúi-kó, tioh ē-sái.

 

 

裝飾:

1. 原味的yogurt 拌入去時計果, 刺莓切舟

2. kā 時計果yogurt 舀入khǹg 涼的pavlova內底, 鋪排水果, 著會使.
