烘香料雞排攕柑仔蜜油醋醬的配菜-義大利刺瓜絲帶

 

繼續昨的彼出, 今仔日欲煮義大利刺瓜

以下是所要的材料

Kè-sio̍k chah ê hit-chhut, kin-á-ji̍t beh chú í-tāi-lī chhì-koe

Í-hā sī só͘ su-iàu ê chhâi-liāu

 

材料:

義大利刺瓜, 4 , 用菜瓜剾仔剾一條一條, 親像絲帶仝款

1/2 粒蒜頭, 研過, 切碎, 切做蒜絨

4大湯匙的橄欖油

8 basil(羅勒)葉仔, 用手liah呼碎

烏胡椒

 

Chhâi-liāu:

Í-tāi-lī chhì-koe, 4 tiâu, iōng chhài-koe khau-á khau chi̍t-tiâu chi̍t-tiâu, chhin-chhiūⁿ si-toà kang-khoán

1/2 liap soàn-thâu, géng-koè, chhiat-chhui, chhiat choe soàn-liông

4 toa-thng-sî ê kan-ná-iû

8 phian basil hio̍h-á, iōng chhiu liah-ho͘-chhui

Iâm kā o͘-hô͘-chio

 

做法:

1. 除了義大利的刺瓜, 其他的芳料, 橄欖油, 調味料lām做夥

2. Kā醬料抹leh每一片義大利刺瓜面頂, kā雞肉仝款, 至少豉6點鐘

3. 欲食的時陣, 倒刺瓜入去鼎內頭, 蓋鼎蓋, 用大火翕差不多2分鐘

 

Choè-hoat:

1. Tû-liáu Í-tāi-lī ê chhì-koe, kî-thaⁿ ê phang-liau, kan-ná-iû, tiâu-bī-liāu lām choè-hoé.

2. Kā chiùⁿ-liāu boah-leh múi chi̍t-phiⁿ Í-tāi-lī chhì-koe bīn-téng, kā koe-bah kang-khoán, chì-chió siⁿ 6 tiám-cheng

3. Beh chiah ê sî-chūn, tó chhì-koe ji̍p khi tiáⁿ lāi-thâu, khàm tiáⁿ-koà, iōng toa-hoé hip chha-put-to 2 hun-cheng
